All orders are typically processed within 1-2 days after order confirmation.

Please note:

  • Processing time includes product printing, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods (sales, launches, festivals), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5-7 days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • ReForge may offer free shipping during promotions or on select orders, which will be clearly communicated on the website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to track your shipment status.


5. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or operational disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer

ReForge is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.


6. Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • If an order is delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address or contact details, ReForge will not be responsible.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching such orders.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order is confirmed as lost by the courier:

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Please report it within 5 DAYS of delivery.
  • Share an unboxing video and images of the package and product at care@reforgeonline.in.
  • Include your order ID in your email.

We will review the case and provide a resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Partial Deliveries

In rare cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to operational reasons.
You will be notified if this happens.


9. International Shipping

Currently, ReForge ships only within India.
We will update this policy if international shipping becomes available.

ReForge reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
