Return & Refund Policy - ReForge
At Reforge, we stand for quality, consistency, and trust. Every product goes through strict quality checks before shipping. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is misprinted, damaged, or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Size issues (when the product size does not match the measurements provided in the size chart)
- The issue is reported within the specified timeframe
- Required proof (images/videos) is provided
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- If you notice visible damage on the package at the time of delivery, please mention it in the courier receipt/remarks before signing.
For above refund and return shipping is on us.
2. Return Timeframe
All claims for misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 DAYS of delivery.

3. Proof Requirement (Important)
To process a return, replacement, or refund, you must provide:
- Unboxing video of the package
- Clear images of the product showing the issue
- Images of the original packaging
- Order ID or proof of purchase
4. Refund Process & Timing
Once your request is approved and the issue is verified:
- Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
5. Exchange Policy
✅ Exchanges are supported at our expense for:
- Incorrect items received
- Exchange a product due to ordering the wrong size
For incorrect items the return shipping is on us however for wrong size ordering, customer will have to pay return shipping.
6. Policy Updates
Reforge reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
